The Executive Board of Schofield Lothian consists of Mike Upton, Kevin Corcoran and Damien Chabert d’Hieres.

Mike joined the business in 2012, from a larger consultancy, and leads our business development activities with Clients. Mike has over 25 years experience within the overall construction industry working for main contractors as well as consultancies, in the public and private sectors. His extensive experience includes advising on procurement and contract strategy; preparation, analysis and award of contracts; commercial management of projects from inception to completion; compiling, auditing and verifying project estimates and financial reporting; advising on contract disputes and resolution for settlement; and setting mechanisms and processes for managing risk. Mike has extensive experience in leading, managing, motivating and inspiring large programme teams in the transport and infrastructure sectors.

Kevin joined the company in 2000 and was appointed Managing Director in November 2014. Kevin leads all the operational activities on service delivery with Clients.  Kevin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over twenty years contracting and client side experience. He has extensive major project experience and spent five year working internationally on infrastructure projects in Europe, South East Asia and Australia before joining Schofield Lothian. In 2005 Kevin took up an operational role in the business with particular responsibility for developing project management services in the public sector. He was appointed Operations Director following the MBO in 2009.
