Schofield Lothian & Oakwood Engineering were overall winners of the BIM ‘Project of the Year’ at the Synchro Visual Planning Awards in the USA for the NR Gravesend Station remodelling project. The effective use of the BIM 4D model combined with project and risk management helped the station re-open on time after a 15 day blockade. Network Rail wanted to de-risk the project to ensure no overruns and no accidents on the project. This was achieved and the station reopened as planned.

We provided a full BIM service together with integrated Project Management in order to de-risk the project for the Client.
