The Executive Board and Shareholders of Schofield Lothian Limited are Kevin Corcoran, Leo McAuliffe and Mike Upton.
Kevin joined the company in 2000 and was appointed Managing Director in November 2014. Kevin has operational leadership for Quantity Surveying, Contract Services, Environment and Property Services – he also leads our Property sector activities. Kevin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over twenty years contracting and client side experience. He has extensive major project experience and spent five year working internationally on infrastructure projects in Europe, South East Asia and Australia before joining Schofield Lothian. In 2005 Kevin took up an operational role in the business with particular responsibility for developing project management services in the public sector. He was appointed Operations Director following the MBO in 2009.
Leo joined Schofield Lothian in 2011 and is responsible for the Finance, Business Services and Marketing of the company. Leo has also brought his extensive strategy, process, and innovation experience to reposition the company to be more market focused (Rail, Infrastructure, Property & Energy). Leo has extensive knowledge and experience in Business Planning, Strategy, M&A, Innovation, LEAN and Continuous Improvement. He has a MBA from Manchester Business School, a BSc (Eng) and a Post Grad in Marketing. Leo spent over 30 years leading global industrial engineering organisations in Europe and the USA.
Mike joined the business in 2012, from a larger consultancy, and has operational leadership for Consents & Engagement and Project Management – he also leads our Transport and Infrastructure sector activities. Mike has over 25 years experience within the construction industry working for main contractors as well as consultancies, in the public and private sectors. His extensive experience includes advising on procurement and contract strategy; preparation, analysis and award of contracts; commercial management of projects from inception to completion; compiling, auditing and verifying project estimates and financial reporting; advising on contract disputes and resolution for settlement; and setting mechanisms and processes for managing risk. Mike has extensive experience in leading, managing, motivating and inspiring large programme teams in the transport and infrastructure sectors.
Kevin, Leo and Mike are also the equity shareholders of Schofield Lothian Limited.
